DEPARTING Lady Musgrave Island Camping Transfers

This unique coral cay on the Southern Great Barrier Reef is truly an ideal place for campers to enjoy that true “wilderness camping” experience. Swimming, snorkelling, turtle watching, bird watching, island walking – plenty to do – or just relax on a magical island on the reef.
Campers need to be completely self-sufficient with food, water and equipment. There are compost toilets in the camp area and an emergency radio tower.
You need to organise your permit directly with Qld Parks and Wildlife prior to departure.
Please be aware that we do have a luggage allocation of 1/3 of a cubic metre per person, excluding your water. If you exceed your luggage allocation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to carry it. The skipper on the day will assess your luggage and confirm with you on loading.
We are unable to carry dinghy’s, sea kayaks, canoes, dive compressors etc or gas fridges.
Taking extra dry food supplies is recommended in the event we are unable to pick you up on your return date due to adverse weather.
